The hostess was incredibly nice and pleasant and we had really wonderful conversation with southern hospitality during my entire meal. She even came out to say hi to my furry friend when I left. The barbecue sandwich that I had was a great value and overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend this as a quick stop to get a quick bite while I'm traveling to anyone. Keep up the great work and give this hostess a raise... I wish I remembered her name. It was in the early afternoon and she was very young, however very proficient at her job. Thank you

This was a good place to eat. If you enjoy a daily special from dump & warm veggies and a cheap meat, you will love it. They have put so much corn & tomatoes In the stew, it is nothing like it was. The fired food is very greasy, not drained. The catfish , you can put a paper towel on it and grease oozes out, same with anything they fry. I found a tooth in my pork BBQ & have never liked it since, fried chicken still had feathers They put so much smoky flavoring in the BBQ, it is sickening.. After my aunt had to rushed to ER after eating their fish & the doctor telling her not to ever go there again, he told us she had food poisoning, maybe from the slaw which looked brown to me. Maybe we just chose bad days to eat there. The tables are dirty & the shakers, you'd catch the plague from. They have hair stuck to the things. It was a landmark and I can remember my parents taking me as a kid. The original recipe was good & I have tired the one in Hogansville, GA, theirs is much better food.

The best catfish, slaw and baked beans I have ever had, it is kinda pricey... BUT well worth it ...fast service and friendly service..I love that they offer daily lunch specials at a reasonable price..
